(IRVING, TX – July 13, 2008) – The Coldwell Banker slogan “We Never Stop Moving” rings true for real estate professionals Sandra Ramsey and Patricia Kurtz, who recently joined the Irving/Las Colinas office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW). The award winning team and multi million dollar producers have assisted numerous clients with buying and selling homes throughout the Metroplex. The dynamic team works tirelessly to help buyers achieve the dream of homeownership and to help sellers market homes.

The Ramsey-Kurtz team will focus on the Irving/Las Colinas areas and other cities in North Texas. They have a combined 19 years of real estate experience. Ms. Ramsey has many designations including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Historic Home designation from Preservation Dallas. Ms. Kurtz holds the ABR designation as well.
When deciding to align themselves with a name that opens doors for clients they decided upon Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth. “Patricia and I truly care about our customers and we stay with them through the end to yield success,” says Ms. Ramsey.

Ms. Ramsey lives in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas. She is the Team Leader of her homeowner’s association and involved with Preservation Dallas. Ms. Kurtz lives in the Irving area and works with Habitat for Humanity. She recently took part of the annual flag distribution along MacArthur Road in Irving to celebrate Independence Day.
