My name is John Kelsie Dancer, I have been a licensed Agent and Broker since 1981. 
Born in Waco Texas, Raised in the Metroplex, after 31 years in the Metroplex Real Estate market I have extensive knowledge of the entire Metroplex.

 A graduate of Western Hills High in west Ft. Worth, I attended TCC, TCU, and UTA. I am a Former President of The Ft.Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce (1991), Member of the Past Presidents of Junior Chamber, JCI Senator, Member of Greater Ft.Worth Board Of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors since 1981, and Former board member of the Bridge Youth Association.

 
I have recently joined forces with Coldwell Banker to expand my career in the Real Estate business.

 
I have spent my entire adult and some teen life BUYING, SELLING, BUILDING and DEVELOPING Real Estate. I consider myself more of a Real Estate Counselor rather than a salesman.

I have extensive background in COMMERCIAL Real Estate Sales and Leasing. I study the market and have significant connections to complete transactions of any complexity. I have extensive background and connections to deal with City zoning and regulation, variances etc.

Because I have built and remodeled many homes for myself and others I am more aware of the inner workings of a house and its construction.
I feel my experience as a contractor helps me in my real estate practices and vice versa helps in construction and development.
As a man I have been lucky enough to still have a flair for decorating and understanding colors and design, which also helps with all aspects of Real Estate.
As a buyer and investor myself I strive to get the best possible deal as if I were buying or selling my own property.

I am straight forward with my knowledge and opinions about Real Estate, I am hardnosed and not afraid to negotiate on my clients behalf.
