Pam Nelms lives by the old adage 'Never Give Up' in her professional career. This belief has led her to first become a million-dollar producer with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth in 1999. Now Managing Broker, she shares this professional drive for sales associates and customers in the Richardson office of Coldwell Banker.

Pam is currently building the Richardson office to be a leader in the area. She is a certified career counselor with extensive industry experience. Not only in all facets of residential but commercial, farm and ranch and lot development.

Pam is a native of Dallas and has been in real estate since 1974. She was in commercial real estate for 25 years with several large companies in the Dallas area. Later, she moved into the residential side where she owned her own brokerage for eight years.

Pam has been on leadership committees for the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is the former President of the Crandall ISD School Board. Also active in community affairs, Pam was on the City Council and Co-chair of the Planning and Zoning committee for the City of Combine. Pam looks forward to continuing to be a part of the office's commitment to Habitat for Humanity and CB Cares Foundation.

The sales professional graduated from North Lake College and attended University of North Texas. Pam has been married for 34 years and has two married daughters with five grand children another passion of hers.
