Rockwall, TX (September 13, 2009) - Vicky Chesna, award-winning sales associate at the Rockwall office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW), has received the Rockwall/Rowlett Neighbors Choice award for Best in Real Estate 2009.
This award marks the second consecutive year Ms. Chesna has won the award from The Dallas Morning News’ Neighbors publication. She also received the “2009 Best Realtor in Rockwall” recognition from Rockwall County News.

Known as “The Flying Realtor,” Vicky frequently takes aerial photographs of her clients’ homes, land and commercial properties. One well-documented sale became the script for a national Coldwell Banker television commercial when Ms. Chesna, a licensed pilot, flew her client’s documents to Austin to complete a sales contract just prior to the Thanksgiving holidays.
